Professional Community Management, Inc. (“ProCom”) has been serving Maryland community associations since 1991. ProCom’s mission is to provide the highest level of HOA management and consulting services so that our Boards of Directors are successful in making their communities great places to live.

We accomplish this by providing our managers with a reasonable workload, by providing our managers with support from above and below, and through our industry leading training and development program. As a result, ProCom managers have the knowledge, experience, and time to provide individualized attention to their communities, to be proactive, and to help their Boards accomplish their goals.
