The Association is responsible for removal of snow on the roads and common sidewalks. Homeowners are responsible for snow removal of their leadwalks and driveways.

To obtain a copy, you may need to provide the borrower's name and the street address, the loan # and the mortgagee clause.

STREET LIGHT OUTAGES
Call BGE at 410-685-0123 to file a report. The 4 digit yellow tag number on the pole and street cross sections may be required.
TRASH AND RECYCLING
Trash and recycling services are provided by Anne Arundel County. Trash service is on Fridays - Please place trash in trash bags on the curb of your home on the morning of trash day.
Recycling bins and yard wastes will be collected on Friday. Yard waste should be put in a bag or container and marked with an “X”. If not containerized, branches must be tied into bundles (not to exceed 4 ft. 4” diameter).

Architectural Request Forms for exterior alterations/ changes to your home should be submitted to the Board of Directors c/o Procom. If you need a request form, please click on the icon at the bottom of the page.
Water Is Not Included in the Assessment Fee. Homeowner is responsible for paying water.

Tot Lot: There is a community tot lot located on Deerberry Court for the exclusive use of Piney Station HOA homeowners, residents and guests of residents.
Volleyball Court: There is a community volley ball court located on Meandering Way for the exclusive use of Piney Station HOA homeowners, residents and guests of residents.
