The association is responsible for removal of snow on the roads and common sidewalks. Homeowners are responsible for exclusive use sidewalks and steps to entrance of home.

STREET LIGHT OUTAGES
Call BGE at 410-685-0123 to report an outage. You may also go to BGE.com. In order to report an outage, you will need the pole number. This number is located in the upper area of the pole.
In accordance with Maryland law regarding condominiums, homeowners may be responsible for up to $5,000 of the association's deductible if the source of the casualty damage originates in his/her unit. Most insurers will provide a rider on your policy that will cover that portion of the master policy deductible for which you are responsible. Since the master policy does not cover personal contents and belongings and any betterments and improvements you or a former owner may have made to your home, please contact your manager and then your insurance agent to make sure that you are adequately insured.
CEDAR GROVE POOL
Cedar Grove Pool is a private pool for the use of homeowners, residents and guests. Admittance is by pool pass only. Passes are re-issued annually to homeowners in good standing. Click on the icon below to print a pool pass application.
