AAMC- Accredited Association Management Company

 

This designation is given by Community Association Institute to Association Management Companies in recognition of a demonstrated commitment to excellence, and practice of association management in an ethical and fiscally responsible manner.

 

To obtain the AAMC designation, the company must:

 

Provide community management services for at least 3 years.

Have a supervisor that is a PCAM member.

Have at least 75% of the company's managers holding one of the following designations or certifications: CMCA, AMS, PCAM, or CPM.

Maintain fidelity, general liability, and worker's compensation insurance in addition to meeting federal, state, and local laws.

Have client verification

Have the management staff receive at least 12 hours of continuing education every three years.

Meet or exceed standards for all its client associations.
